Carplayvue is easy to use and can be done during checkout. With an account, you can enjoy benefits such as receiving newsletters, a personal overview page for your orders and invoices, a wish list, and the convenience of quick ordering with pre-filled information.
How do I place an order?
Select the product you want and add it to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You can then continue shopping or complete your order immediately.
How can I change my order?
Changes to your order are only possible if it hasn't yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service to let us know about any changes.
What are the conditions for Second Chance products?
Second-hand products are subject to the same terms and conditions as new products. You have 30 days to return the product and always receive a 2-year warranty. However, discount codes cannot be applied to Second-hand products.
