What options do I have to return my product?

You have 30 days to choose from the following options:

  • Free exchange for another product
  • Have your product repaired
  • Free returns and money back

After 30 days your product will always be submitted for repair

Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products
  • Products already installed

What are the conditions for returns?

You can return your product within 30 days. You can do this through your account or by contacting customer service. You have the option to exchange your product for free or get a refund.

To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and undamaged.

For example: You may unpack and inspect standard products, but not use them. Custom-made products are, by definition, excluded from returns due to the personalization required.

After 30 days, you can have your product repaired by contacting customer service.

You will also receive a 2-year warranty on your product.

Can I return my product in the store?

Yes, you can return the product to our physical location. This offers several advantages:

  • We can help you find a replacement product, and it is often in stock immediately.
  • Returning on location is faster than returning by post.
  • We encourage customers to collect and return their orders at their location to reduce the burden on the delivery service and reduce CO2 emissions.
How do I return my product?

1. Register your return via your account or contact customer service.

Returns by post:
2. Pack your product carefully, preferably in the original packaging to prevent damage. If you no longer have the original box, please let customer service know.

3. Place the product in a sturdy box that can be closed properly.

4. After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation with a return number and a shipping label. Print the label and attach it to the shipping box, not directly to the product. Shipping costs are your responsibility.

5. Once your return is received, it will be processed.

Returns on location:
First, make an appointment and bring your product to the store in its original packaging. We'll inspect the product on-site and provide a quick solution, such as a refund, exchange, or repair.

How quickly will my return be processed?

Once your return has been processed, we'll refund your money within 5 business days. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on your payment method. If you opted for an exchange, you'll receive the replacement within 5 business days.

Do I have to pay for returns?

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You can use the following process:

  • Request our return label (costs will be charged)
  • Stick the label clearly visible on the packaging
  • Deliver the package to a PostNL point

Important:

  • Return costs will be invoiced afterwards
  • Ensure original packaging and undamaged product.
  • Custom-made products are excluded from the right of return.
Can I cancel a return request?

Have you registered a return but changed your mind? Don't worry, you don't have to do anything and can simply keep the product.
