How soon can I expect my order?
Delivery times vary by product and are clearly stated with each item. After you place your order, we will inform you as soon as possible about the expected delivery date. While we make every effort to deliver on time, in some cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been handed over to the delivery service, we will send you an email with a Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the delivery.
If a delivery appointment is necessary, we will contact you.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free for orders to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I collect my parcel at a Parcel Point?
Yes, during checkout, you can choose a PostNL point near you. Once your package arrives, you'll receive a notification from PostNL. You can pick it up within 7 days.
Please note: Not all items are suitable for collection at a PostNL point due to their size. This option is only available for certain products.
Can I pick up my order myself?
During the ordering process, you can indicate that you'd like to collect your order from us. For items that are in stock, you can usually collect your order from our location within 24 hours.
For custom work or installation, we will contact you as soon as your product is ready to schedule an installation appointment.
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
First, check the Track & Trace code, the delivery address, and your mailbox for an out-of-office message. If you still haven't received anything, please contact us for further assistance.
